Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, April[May] Court 1835: No. 20: JOSEPH LOGAN acknowledged a deed to ANDREW MCGLAMERY containing 278 acres dated 3rd May 1832. (Caldwell, Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, 1834-1835, p.86)1 

Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, January Court 1837: State vs. ANDREW MCGLAMERY - Sci. Fa. for Bastardy allowance [illegible] of JENNY MCGLAMERY. An affidavit of Devendant stating among other things that he is not the father of the bastard child of JENNY MCGLAMERY, and on motion made, the court ordered the Scire Facias issued in this case to be called in & set aside & the judgement of July Term, to also be set aside, & the case opend for trial, with leave to the Defendant to take issue upon the fact of his being the father. Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, Spring Court 1837: ADAM WHISNANT proved a deed from ANDREW MCGLAMORY, JOSEPH LOGAN, & BENJAMIN LOGAN to JOHN HUNT containing 65 acres, date the 15th March 1836. (Caldwell, Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, 1836-1837, p.88)2 

Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, January Court 1838: State V ANDREW MCGLAMERY - Bastardy on JENNY MCGLAMMERY. Defendant denies that he is the father of the child and Thereupon an issue was made up whether is ANDREW MCGLAMERY the father of the bastard child of JENNY MCGLAMERY whereforth he stands charged, or not the father. Thereupon came the following Jury towit. 1 REUBEN JACKSON, 2 WILLIAM FEAGINS, 3 PHILIP WATKINS, 4 LEONARD DECK, 5 JOHN BAILEY, 6 JAMES RICHARDSON, 7 JOHN GIBBS, 8 WILLIAM RAY, 9 ABRAM WASHBURN, 10 JACOB CLYNE, 11 LEWIS WEBB, 12 LENDSAY F. MELTON. Who find that the defendant ANDREW MCGLAMERY is the father of the bastard child of JENNY MCGLAMERY herewith he stands charged. Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, July Court 1839: ANDREW MCGLAMERY is named on a jury list returned by Sheriff J.W. Carson. The jury list was "executed except for WALDROP & MCGLAMERY". (Caldwell, Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, 1838-1839, p.114)3
