State of North Carolina, Cleveland County I Stephen White do make this my last will and testiment being in my right mind and knowing the uncertinty of life there fore I appoint my Son Andrew S. White my executor to settle up all my business. 1st I bequeath to my own body to be lade a way desently 2nd I bequeath that all my berriel apparel be paid out of my money and funeral expenceces 3rd I bequeath to my Son Andrew S. White and Alfred N. White my youngest son I want them to have all my land it is lying in two track but joining together I want it Equally devided between them boath and while they is timber on the land I want them boath to have lumber 4th I bequeath to my son Andrew S White one Sorrel horse five years old 5th I bequeath to my Son Alfred N. White one bay hores Two years old 6th I bequeat that I want them my wife Nancy White and my children at home to keep my Sorrel mare till she raises a colt and longer if they want to 7th I bequeath to my daugher Elizabeth White one cow called Cherry 8th I bequeath all the ballence of my cows hogs and sheep hous and kitchin furniture to go to my wife and children at home to live on 9th I bequeath to my son Andrew S. White and Alfred N White my waggon Black Smith tools & farming tools to have Equally 10th I bequeath to my wife and children at home all the money I have on hand and is owing to me after all my just debts is paid for them to live on this property for the family use at home there fore I do here by these presence make this my last will and testiment and appoint my son Andrew S. White my Executor to Settle up my affares here unto I affixed my seal and set my hand this 17th day of July 1869. his A. N. State of North Carolina Cleveland County I Nancy White of the county and state afore said Deem it my duty to arange my affares to my own [? noto___] and being in my wright mind and cences and knowing that I am born to die I make this my last will and testi ment in the name of God Amen 1st I bequeath to my own body to be layed a way disenly and all my funeral expences and burial affairs paid fore out of my personal property 2nd I want all my jus debts paid out of my personal property 3rd I bequeath to my beloved son William N. White one hundred dollars in money 4th I bequeath my beloved son Andrew S. White one hundred dollars in money and my mule if it alive when I am gone also my syth and cradel and spaid 5th I bequeath to my beloved son Alfred N White one hundred dollars in money 6th I bequeath to my beloved daughter Frances Horton Elminer Newton and Elizabeth Elmore and Mahulda Newton all my intire house tract of land and the Ellexander Wilson tract of land to be equal divided among my four daughters names above 7th I bequeath to my beloved daughters Frances Horton and Elminer Newton Elizabeth Elmore and Mahulda Newton all thy rest of my intire state of personal property that is not above named to A S White ??? and my intire state of every kind all my house and kitchen furniture and the ballence of my money that I may have on hand or by Notes to be equally divided among the aboved named daughters to them and their heirs 8th I make this my last will and testiment and I appoint my beloved Son Andrew S.
