of Lunacy issue to the Sheriff ordering him to summon a Jury of twelve good and
lawful men to examine into the state of mind of BENJAMIN LOGAN, who
is considered a Lunatic and report from under their hands as to whether he is
considered compusmentus [composmentis] and capable of doing his own business
